Course and workshop places are booked through our ticketing partners and are confirmed on payment. Places are capped, so bookings are first come, first served.

If you can't make a course or workshop you've booked, let us know as early as possible at hello@goonso.ie. Where we can fill your place, we'll refund or transfer it. We can't refund no-shows once a course has started.

Studio hire is booked in advance through our booking page. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice can be moved to another slot free of charge.

If we ever have to cancel or reschedule a class, workshop or hire slot, you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer — your choice.

When you register your interest in a course, join the newsletter, book a class or hire the studio, or email us, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email address and phone number.

We use these details to reply to you, manage your booking, and — where you've signed up or registered interest — to email you about classes, workshops and studio news we think you'll care about. That's the whole list. We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

Your details are stored securely in our contacts system and booking tools (our ticketing and scheduling providers process bookings on our behalf). We keep them only as long as needed to run the studio and stay in touch with you.

Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you — just email hello@goonso.ie. Under GDPR you also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.

Go On So is an adults-only (18+) acting studio. Classes and workshops involve physical and vocal participation — please tell us about anything we should know to keep you safe and comfortable, and take part at your own pace.

Studio hirers are responsible for their own groups, equipment and insurance while using the space, and for leaving it as they found it.
