A compact, bright 42m² studio, perfect for up to 8 performers. Up to 20 chairs for seated workshops, observers or talks. Not the one for big musicals or shows that need lots of space to dance and move — but ideal for intimate scenes, dialogue-heavy work, small-cast rehearsals and seated classes.

Fully equipped
Your hire includes the main studio plus access to our kitchenette and bathrooms. Tea, coffee, pods and snacks on hand. Up to 20 chairs available for seated workshops, talks or observe-and-learn sessions.
Separate self-tape / office / photo space
The office, self-taping room and photography studio are completely separate from the 42m² studio. They're available when you book, but may occasionally be in use by another group — just let us know if you need them and we'll confirm.
Late nights welcome
Available into the evening until 11pm (maybe even later if negotiated). Perfect for last-minute rehearsals before an opening or festival slot.
7 days a week
Hire Monday to Sunday, subject to availability. Block bookings and regular slots welcome.
