Difficult conversations
Live role-play with a trained actor: feedback, conflict, and the ones you've been putting off. This is the module most trainers can't offer.

Breath, posture, eye contact and pace. How to walk into a room and hold it without performing.
Message
Structure a point so people remember it. Stop reading your own slides aloud.
Listening & status
Improv tools for reading a room, thinking on your feet and handling the unexpected question.
Half day vs full day
The half day covers presence, message and listening — ideal as a taster or refresher. The full day adds deeper role-play, individual coaching and a dedicated difficult-conversations session, so people leave having actually practised the hard stuff.
